About the Course

This 4-week series will help break it all down for you in basic ways to help you work with your hormone levels through any stage of life. Learn the basic female hormones and how they change as you age. Take time to study your own body by tracking your SHMEC (Sleep, Hunger, Mood, Energy and Cravings) and making changes that are specific to you! Learn natural ways to help control the effect of hormone changes that are happening in your body. This program includes a hormone journal and food and exercise homework options for all abilities.
