About the Course

This 4 week course will show you ways to calm your brain, relax your body and make time for you.
Learn quick breathing techniques that will help lower your cortisol levels (your stress hormone), participate in weekly mindful practices that will fit in your crazy schedule, become the master of your own mind and body connection, and take small steps to improve your overall mental health.
We all deserve to take time for our own mental health. You deserve it, now it's time to do it!
This course includes weekly education videos about the effects of mindful practices on your well being. Experts in the field will guide you through thier favorite practices and give you insight on how to focus on lowering your stress and finding inner peace. With this course you will receive an e-journal with daily and weekly practices.
